It was very easy to get a quote and set up a survey. There was however a bit of confusion about when the survey took place, and I would have appreciated a phone call on the day after the survey to know that it went ahead ok, and if there was anything major to worry about, but I didn't get this. The survey report however was very detailed and helped us move forward with our conveyancing.

I can't fault the service. Survey booked on the same day and surveyors called me on the day as you said he would.

I would like to say thank you, for the support in managing the Survey, so professionally, it’s very rare to come across someone who is very much customer centric. I truly mean that. I know the delay caused me a lot of confusion and frustration, but when you spoke to me out of hours, and you did what you said in paying for the asbestos, I really had no words. I think good communication is key throughout the process of buying a new home, especially for those first time buyers like me. Do not take for granted that everyone knows the process, spend some time with your client to make sure they have all the information they need to give them some peace of mind. Luckily for me I chose you to make this happen for me.

Very happy with the full process. The survey was booked in very quickly and we got the report back within just a couple of days and it had the full amount of detail we needed. Very pleased and highly recommended
