LISA instead of Help to Buy ISA

The Help to Buy ISA is no longer available since the 30th November 2019. There is a replacement scheme called Lifetime ISA (LISA). The Lifetime ISA has different rules around its use, however it can be used to fund the purchase of a property under the Help to Buy scheme.

What is Help to Buy?

The Government’s Help to Buy Equity Loan initiative in Windlesham allows eligible people to buy properties with as little as a 5% deposit. The maximum purchase price of any property you buy is £600,000.
